Odporność Psychiczna to cecha osobowości, która w dużym stopniu determinuje to, na ile skutecznie radzimy sobie z wyzwaniami, stresorami i presją, niezależnie od okoliczności. Jest to najważniejsza cecha, jaką powinien posiadać zawodnik.

W ramach pracy zaliczeniowej na studiach podyplomowych z Psychologii Sportu chcę zaproponować bezpłatny, skondensowany program rozwoju Odporności Psychicznej, dla osoby, która wraz ze swoim psem bierze udział w zawodach węchowych.

Program rozwoju Odporności Psychicznej składa się z następujących elementów:

  • Test Odporności Psychicznej MTQ48.
  • 4 spotkań podsumowujących wyniki testu w 4 obszarach: Wyzwanie, Pewność Siebie, Zaangażowanie i Kontrola, Poczucie Wpływu.
  • Omówienie możliwości wzmacniania Odporności Psychicznej, aby odnosić lepsze wyniki w sporcie.

Jak skorzystać z programu rozwoju Odporności Psychicznej?

Test MTQ48 jest on-line i jest dostępny w języku polskim. Jego wypełnienie zajmuje około 20 minut.
Spotkania mogą się odbyć osobiście w Krakowie lub on-line.

Dla kogo?

  • Osób, które biorą udział w zawodach węchowych i chcą poprawić swoje wyniki sportowe.
  • Osób gotowych na autorefleksję, otwarty dialog i pracę doskonalącą.
  • Osób zdeterminowanych, żeby odnosić sukcesy sportowe.
  • Osób dostępnych na spotkania w terminie 10.06-05.07.2024.

Warunkiem dodatkowym jest aby osoba nie była tuż przed zawodami.

Osoby zainteresowane proszone są o zgłoszenie się przez Messenger do Ewy Przybylińskiej-Pietrzyk, do dnia 7.06.2024 (do końca dnia).

O wyborze zdecyduje najpełniejsze wpisanie się w powyżej wymienione kryteria programu.
